01. Who is MyComputerClub.com?

My Computer Club is a division of Players Vacation Club, Inc. a company that since 1996 has been providing interest free financing to a membership base of over a million members. Together, with our family of websites and several other partner companies, our combined capabilities allow us to provide to our members some of the finest computer systems, travel benefits, consumer electronics, and special offers with some of the easiest financing options available.

02. How do I order a new PC?

To order a product simply choose the item that you like from our member web site, follow the steps in the shopping cart, print out the order form and mail it to us along with the deposit required and documentation.

03. What kind of computer do I get?

My Computer Club offers notebooks, desktop towers, bundled PC's as well as tablet PC's that are all name brand products. We offer brands such as Acer, HP, Gateway, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung, and more. Our computers will come with AMD or Intel Processors and range from entry level or small business PC's to high- end gaming systems.

04. How long does it take to get my new computer or product?

Upon receiving your order form, deposit and qualifying documentation, we will create and mail you a purchase agreement for the remaining balance on your order form. You will need to sign and return that to us. We then place your order with our vendor and the product will then be drop shipped to you from their warehouse. Assuming you send a money order for the deposit and all of your documentation is valid when sent in, the ordering process should take around 21 days. There are many factors that will affect this estimate and it is just that, an estimate.

05. Is there a warranty with my computer or product?

Almost all electronics will come with some sort of a warranty. In the case of computers they will have a manufactures warranty that is usually one year long. It is important to follow any warranty related instructions that will come with your item when you receive it.

06. Can I change the configuration of my financed computer?

No, all computers come as is from the manufacturer

07. Can I finance more than one computer at a time?

First time purchasers may finance only one computer per household per term. If you have made a minimum of 6 consecutive monthly payments with no late payments, we will then consider your request to finance more than one computer at a time.

08. How do I pay my initial deposit payment?

Your initial deposit can be paid by a personal check; however, you do have the option for faster delivery of your new PC (14 business days of contract approval) if you provide us with a money order or cashier’s check as the initial deposit payment.

The following payment methods are acceptable at this time:
1. Personal Check
2. Cashier’s check or Money Order

*Please note that we no longer accept credit or debit cards as a valid form of payment for deposits unless otherwise stated.

9. Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time provided you have not entered into a payment agreement for products or services with us. If you have entered into a purchase agreement with us you may not cancel your membership until you have satisfied the terms of the agreement. If you cancel your membership after 30 days from enrollment you will have your refund prorated based on the months that you have had access to your membership. 10. Do you offer this program outside the US?

Unfortunately, we can only offer this program to US residents living within the United States at this time.

11. What is the total cost of membership?

Membership cost may vary depending on current promotions, sign up source, etc. All fees, however, will be clearly displayed on the join pages of each data form, affiliate join page or clearly stated by a live sales representative(if applicable). Membership fees will also be listed in the Terms and Conditions section of the above stated join forms. All members that use these forms will have access to full disclosures, terms and restrictions. All members that submit their information and authorize membership also agree to have their checking account or credit/debit card of record automatically debited for the new member dues as well as any renewal or monthly maintenance fees that is agreed upon at the time of sing up for as long as they are active members of My Computer Club. Current renewal pricing for My Computer Club is set at $89.00 annually. My Computer Club reserves the right to change these terms of the renewals at anytime and without notice. A renewal notification will be mailed to all active members at least 30 days prior to address listed in our database.

12. Here are the basic qualifications for all members wishing to finance products or services.

Everyone who meets the following guidelines will qualify for financing:
» At least 18 years of age
» Has as valid U.S. checking account
» Is a U.S. resident
» Have been at current job for at least 6 months
» Have been at current residence for at least 6 months
» Has a combined household income of at least $2,200.00 a month
» Has joined eClubUSA

* All members financing any product or service will be required to provide to our finance department documentation to verify Identity, Residence and Employment.

13. How do I order a new PC?
