My Computer Club

MyComputerClub is a membership benefit and credit program that provides interest free financing for computer systems, personal and home electronics, and other services that are listed in our membership materials either in print or on our web site www.mycomputerclub.com.

Membership is provided by My Computer Club, a DBA of Players Vacation Club, Inc. a Nevada, US corporation and London, UK ltd. co. Membership is available only to US residents who: agree to the terms and conditions of our membership offering; qualify with a combined household income of over $2,200 a month; has a valid US checking account or credit card; is over 18 years of age; has proof of income for a minimum of 6 consecutive months; allow the electronic debiting of Member's checking account via check-draft or ACH; and has paid the necessary fees for enrollment. Membership shall remain valid if: the annual membership fees are paid; the use of any credit extended member has been paid in a timely fashion; and the personal and financial information provided by the member remains accurate. Member agrees that providing any incorrect or misleading information may result in My Computer Club denying extension of credit.


Your membership is effective immediately following your enrollment date. The initial payment of $44.50 will be charged immediately upon completion of the enrollment form. In 30 days your membership benefits will continue uninterrupted upon payment of the second $44.50 for a total of payments equaling $89.00 (your annual membership fee). All members agree to have their account of record automatically debt for membership fees required upon acceptance of these terms, as listed on the order form, and prior to financing approval on any product or service. PVC reserves the right to change the terms of the membership fee at any time and without notice.

The credit limit does not function and is not intended to be used like a typical credit card. The credit limit and membership terms allow a member to make payments on their purchase, potentially creating six months of good payment history with My Computer Club. If a six-month consistent payment history is reached, Member may then use any remaining balance for financing on additional purchases subject to our approval.
Financing is issued on select products and services to Members who agree to have their checking accounts electronically debited or credit card charged for repayment of the credit extended on a monthly basis as listed in our membership materials. Payment terms range from 3 months to 18 months depending on the selected product or service; a separate promise-to-pay agreement between My Computer Club and the member will be sent for signature for each item financed by the member.


Refund Policy: In order to cancel all members must call member services toll free at 877.532.2800 9am-5pm PST (west coast) or mail a handwritten request to the address listed under the contact us form of the website. Memberships can be cancelled within 30 days of the initial sign up date and receive a full refund of membership dues. If your account was processed via ACH, and paid, your refund will be issued by ACH directly into your account within 3 business days of cancellation. Cancellations that are done after 30 days are entitled to prorated refunds and are determined by how long the membership is active. Renewals will be refunded in full for up to ninety days from the date of payment(s).

Credit Cards: Members that join using Credit Cards / Debit Cards will be refunded back to the Credit Card / Debit Card within 3-5 business days from the cancellation date.

Check Drafts: In some instances we will process your member fees using check drafts rather than ACH when the checking routing and account number are provided. These drafts will appear on your bank account as a preauthorized check including our designated check number. In these instances the refund process will be 14-21 business days and issued to you via USPS in check form.

There are no cancellations permitted while currently financing a product or vacation with us. Once the purchase agreement is paid in full you may request a cancellation of the membership, but it will not be done automatically as most members choose to use our services multiple years.


will be on an annual basis. Each year your annual dues will be automatically debited from your checking account or credit card on file with us, unless you notify us otherwise. A written notification and reminder will be mailed to you thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date to the address of record. Upon renewal, you will be issued new membership materials and continue to have access via the internet. This is known as a Continuity Plan. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the Renewal Fee for each new Membership Term.


In the event that your membership fee is returned due to non-sufficient funds or over the limit reasons, the company may immediately attempt to collect the amount returned by presenting an ACH or credit card authorization a second time or third time to your original banking institution. Should the third attempt fail the company will automatically issue in your name a Membership to eClubUSA* whereas your membership will be maintained at a membership maintenance fee of $9.95 per month. You will have full access to all the benefits of My Computer Club but in addition your new benefits will include travel financing. The membership maintenance fee is not refundable but you can cancel your membership at any time to stop any future payments. Please contact us should you have any questions.

*Your current membership number and password will be active at www.eclubusa.com and all benefits will be available on the internet 24/7. A pre-notification email and/or letter will be sent before your account is a drafted for the initial fee.


I understand that the company is a subscriber to a Credit Bureau(s) and that my new account as well as my monthly payment history will be reported to the Credit Bureau(s). The company reserves the right to not report your account to any credit bureau. My Computer Club reserves the right to not report your account to any credit bureau for any reason should we elect. Member agrees that should there be a perceived discrepancy with any of the information reported to credit agency with regard to their account with My Computer Club member shall in writing submit to us a request to verify and or correct any information that may be inaccurate or incomplete. of member financing exists solely for the member listed on the membership card and agreement. Member agrees that you will use My Computer Club financing only for your own behalf or the members of your immediate family residing in your household. My Computer Club reserves the right to ask for additional deposits if your membership payment history reflects negative activity (missed or late payments). Any fee's or product payment returned NSF or un-paid for any reason may disqualify you from any future financing.

Security Interest:

My Computer Club, to the extent legally permissible, retains a security interest in all merchandise charged on your account until the balance is paid in full.


Member agrees that they will be in default if: (a) they fail to pay the " monthly payment" when due; or (b) if Member breaches any of the Terms and Conditions of the Purchase Agreement. If Member is in default, then in compliance with applicable law, My Computer Club has the right to: (a) demand member to pay the entire unpaid balance on the account immediately; (b) apply monies received on subsequent purchases to any delinquent account balance owed including late fees if applicable; and/or (c) proceed with legal action.


Member's account is considered delinquent if the Monthly Payment is not received by My Computer Club when due. A $10.00 late fee may be charged against my account each month Member's account is overdue.


All members financing any product or service may be required to provide to our finance department the following documentation for Identity, Residence and Employment verification purposes only:

  1. Valid Photo ID
  2. Most Recent Pay Stub
  3. Voided Check
Our underwriting department reserves the right to require the submittal of any additional forms of identification and or residential and employment documentation not stated here that it deems necessary to satisfy the above stated requirements for loan approval. If the documentation sent by you fails to satisfy these requirements to our satisfaction we reserve the right to refuse financing to anyone at anytime. The above requirements are meant to protect you the member and My Computer Club against identity theft and fraud.


My Computers Club is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to change prices and products without notice or obligation.


All products are drop shipped from either our vendor or a third party company's affiliated with them using UPS or other major shipper. My Computer Club does not carry any stock of product and therefore does not guarantee any shipping time frame as many factors can determine this. Once an item is ordered by us from our vendor they generally will ship within 72 hrs unless the item is discontinued or back ordered. In these cases My Computer Club will contact you with alternative product choices that are equal or greater than the original item selected. My Computer Club is or it's vendors are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping of an item. All damage claims are to be filed with the respective shipping company. All shipping addresses must be reflected on the signed purchase agreement for the item. My Computer Club will not process any order that specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, hotel, PO Box, APO Boxes, or any address other than the buyer listed on the purchase agreement.


Notice for California Residents California law requires that we inform customers that should they fail to fulfill the terms of their credit obligation, a negative report reflecting on their credit record may be submitted to a credit-reporting agency. If you are married, you may apply for credit in your own name.
Notice for Florida Residents You (borrower) agree that, should we obtain a judgment against you, a portion of your disposable earnings may be attached or garnished (paid to us by your employer), as provided by Florida and Federal law.
Notice for Ohio Residents The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
Notice for married Wisconsin Residents No Agreement, unilateral statement or court decree relating to marital property adversely affects a creditor's interest, unless prior to the time credit is granted the creditor is furnished a copy of the Agreement, statement or decree, or has actual knowledge of the adverse position.
